Single source IP for all file downloads

26 October 2026

When Ablestar Bulk Product Editor downloads a file from your server, or Ablestar WooCommerce Importer connects to your WooCommerce site, the connection now always comes from the same IP address:

34.150.243.97

Before, these connections came from whichever of our servers ran the job, and those addresses changed every time we replaced a server. So if your server (or your supplier’s server) only accepts known IP addresses, there wasn’t one address you could add. Now there is, and it doesn’t change.

In Ablestar Bulk Product Editor this covers Inventory Sync downloads from a web URL, an FTP, FTPS, or SFTP server, or Dropbox, and the video and 3D model URLs in your edits. Images work differently because Shopify downloads them itself. In Ablestar WooCommerce Importer it covers every request to your site’s WooCommerce API.

If your server uses a firewall or a security plugin, add the address to its allowlist. These help articles have the details, including the passive port range for FTP servers:

If your Inventory Sync jobs and imports run today, you don’t need to change anything.
