Link Manager sends you three kinds of email: the weekly summary, the alert when visitors hit more broken links than usual, and the results of a site scan. All three have a new design. Each one shows the main numbers first and then the broken links that need your attention most, and they’re easier to read on your phone.
Weekly summary. The visit count now covers only the last 7 days. Before, it added up every visit since each page first broke, so the number could look a lot higher than what actually happened that week. The top 5 pages are sorted by visits, and pages you moved to Ignored are left out. The links in the email also open the right page in Link Manager now. Before, some of them opened an empty page.
Broken link visit alert. The alert lists the pages your visitors hit most, with the time of the last visit, and a button that takes you to Link Manager to add redirects.
Site scan results. The email shows how many pages the scan checked, how many broken links it found, and the 5 broken links that the most pages link to. The full list is still attached as a spreadsheet, and a button opens the scan report in Link Manager.
To change who gets the weekly summary or the alerts, go to Settings in Link Manager. Each email has a link to your settings at the bottom.
