We added a new rounding option labeled “Drop decimals”, which sits at the bottom of the rounding list, right after “Keep decimals, rounding down”. It removes the cents from a price without ever rounding up, so $99.99 becomes $99.00 and $75.99 becomes $75.00. A price that is already whole, like $40.00, is left alone. Unlike most of the rounding options, there is no value to specify, so the “to nearest” input is hidden when you pick it.
This is something the other options could not do before. “Keep decimals, rounding down” only rounds down to the cent, and the multiple and whole number options push $99.99 up to $100. One thing to be aware of: prices below $1.00 are left unchanged, so an item at $0.99 stays $0.99 instead of dropping to $0.00. That guard keeps a bulk price edit from making products free by accident.
If you want to strip the cents without otherwise changing your prices, set the percentage change to 0 and choose this rounding option.
