You can now filter products by whether they have a custom SEO Meta Title or SEO Meta Description. Both filters are in the Product Fields group of the filter picker.
Each filter has two options:
- A custom value is set: the product has its own search engine listing title or description.
- Not set: the product doesn’t have a custom value, so search engines fall back to the product’s title or description.
This makes it easy to find products that are missing custom search engine listings. For example, filter by SEO Meta Title > Not set, and then use an in-app edit or export to fill in the missing titles.
As part of this change, the fields previously named “Meta Title” and “Meta Description” are now named SEO Meta Title and SEO Meta Description throughout the app: in search filters, in the “Field to edit” box, and in spreadsheet export and import columns. The fields work the same as before; only the names changed. Spreadsheet imports that use the old column names still map to your previous column choices, and you can always adjust the mapping in the configure step.
