Metafields are shown by their display name throughout the app, which reads nicely but can be ambiguous when two metafields share a similar name or when you just want to confirm exactly which namespace.key you’re about to edit. Now that information is right where you need it.
When you select a metafield in the “Field to edit” box, its namespace.key now appears in subdued text after the name, for example “Care Instructions (custom.care_instructions)”. The dropdown list itself stays clean and shows only the display names, so it doesn’t get noisy while you browse.
You can also search the field list by namespace and key. Typing custom, care, or the full custom.care_instructions will surface the matching metafield alongside the usual name search.
The same namespace.key now shows up in the “View edit configuration” popup on the edit history page, next to each metafield field name, so you can tell at a glance which metafields a past edit touched.
